Like I said earlier on the post – When Do We Get Windows Phone 8.1 Update , the official Windows Phone 8.1 will be released with Lumia Cyan update from Nokia for all Nokia Lumia Phones running Windows Phone 8 OS by the mid June only. However, if you are a registered Windows Phone Developer or if you at least have a developer account with Windows Phone App Studio, you can easily get the Windows Phone 8.1 preview version by next week.
But there are something important conditions you should accept before you install Windows Phone 8.1 update on your phone. They are:

Register With App Studio
App Studio is an awesome web platform made by Microsoft, on which anyone can easily make Windows Phone apps using premade templates. To get ready for Windows Phone 8.1 preview, register an account on App Studio website using the Microsoft email id that you are using on your Windows Phone. After completing the above step, download Preview For Developers app from the Windows Phone Store. Open the app make make sure to check Enable Preview for Developers option to receive the Windows Phone 8.1 updates next week.After you do the above steps, you will enroll to get the latest Windows Phone 8.1 preview update.
