DISPLAY A NOTICE EVERY TIME WINDOWS STARTS

Display a notice every time Windows starts You can use this trick if you want a message to be displayed every time Windows starts(Any Version). Go to START --> RUN. Type REGEDIT & press ENTER. Then Go to:- ?HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Winlogon?. Create a new string values as follows. Name: LegalNoticeText and Value: Your message here After Doing this, restart your Windows, a dialog box should appear before the Windows startup which will have u're message written on it. Enjoy.
