Earlier the data which was transferred to our computer was not accurate and had drops while travelling a long way to its final destination that is you.  The data which travelled in the form of light has certain drops in midway due to various reasons. Now, researcher believe it’s all over.
How would it sound if we take the light all the way to the computer or TV, projecting it through the air over the last few meters and only converting it to an electronic signal at the end? That sounds amazing isn’t. The researches at Oxford University is  working on the similar technique with a system that takes light from the fiber, amplifies it, and beams it across a room to deliver data at more than 100 gigabits per second.
Ariel Gomez, a Ph.D. student in photonics at Oxford University who describes the system in IEEE Photonics Technology Letters says that such indoor optical wireless probably wouldn’t replace Wi-Fi, but if compared with data rates of 3 terabits per second and up, it’s certainly amazing and could find its uses. Wi-Fi, by contrast, can give a maximum top speed of about 7 Gb/s. And with light, there’s no worry about sticking to a limited set of radio frequencies. “If you’re in the optical window, you have virtually unlimited bandwidth and unlicensed spectrum,” Gomez says.
So to use this feature, you need to install a base station on the ceiling of a room, which would project the light toward the computer and also receive data heading out from the computer to the Internet.
The transceivers should be mounted with a wide field of view to make the alignment task easier, because the device relies on wavelength division multiplexing, which splits the signal into slightly different colours of light.  Just like a prism, which diffracts the light into several colours, the diffraction grating of the beam steerer bends each wavelength a different amount. With a 60° field of view, the team was able to transmit six different wavelengths, each at 37.4 Gb/s, for an aggregate bandwidth of 224 Gb/s. With a 36° field of view, they managed only three channels, for 112 Gb/s.

The system requires a direct line of sight, and for now the receiver must be in a fixed position. The next step is to develop a tracking and location system so that a user could place a laptop at a random spot on a table and have the system find it and create a link.
The team which is working on this technology also included researchers from University College, London, accomplished this using so-called holographic beam steering at both the transmitter and receiver ends. These use an array of liquid crystals to create a programmable diffraction grating that reflects the light in the desired direction. The device is similar to that used in projectors, says Dominic O’Brien, a photonics engineer at Oxford who directed the work.
Brien is a member of the Ultra-Parallel Visible Light Communications project, with colleagues at the Universities of Edinburgh, Strathclyde, St. Andrews, and Cambridge.  Among several goals one of their goals is to develop LiFi, which uses the light that’s also illuminating a room as a way to send data signals. He says LiFi usually refers to schemes based on visible wavelengths of light, whereas this system relies on infrared light at 1550 nm, which is used in telecommunications.
All these technologies—Wi-Fi, Li-Fi, optical wireless—may wind up being part of how people link devices to the Internet. There is no limitations in the field of technology and today or some other day the most advanced and reliable technology has to come and replace all others. • UNetbootin to create bootable USB thumb drive you can download here.

Download the appropriate version of Android-x86 ISO compatible with your hardware, and UNetbootin. Plug a USB drive in the computer and run UNetbootin to create a bootable USB drive from ISO image that you downloaded earlier.
Click the “Diskimage” radio button, click the browse button and choose the ISO file from your PC, select the type USB Drive and partition letter. Click the OK button to create USB drive.

Now reboot your PC and choose USB drive as a bootable device. Some settings might need changing under your system’s BIOS to do that.
A menu will appear choose Install Android x86 to hard disk.
Select the partition to install Android x86 on. If using a new partition for that, it’s better to format it.
Few prompts will appear pertaining to installation of GRUB Bootloader. just allow them.
Another prompt will ask you to make system /r/w. Hit Yes on this, especially if you’d like to modify your Android x86 installation later.
You will get another prompt to install virtual SD card if you are installing ICS or earlier, 1800 MB of space must be used and it is maximum supported, Reboot your PC
Thats all,it will be a multiboot setup,you can choose either to boot to windows or android.

How to Force Android Phone to Use 3G Network Only

3G network is much faster than 2G and your phone might automatically switched to use 2G when phone guess 3G signals are weak. But, weak 3G signal may be better than strong 2G network. So if you want to stop Android phone from switching data from 3G to 2G then you can do that by accessing Android Device Testing menu.

• Scroll down and find  “Set preferred network type:”, Tap the drop-down menu to see the list of network type.
• Select “WCDMA only” option from the list to force phone to use 3G network only.

After changing this settings, now you are forcing phone to use only 3G data network. Remember when you don’t have 3G signals around this will not switch to 2G network automatically and you have to change the settings to “WCDMA preferred” option.

2. In the Database folder you will see Chat files which are with names similar like msgstore-2014-09-04.1.db.crypt. You may notices the file names have dates as well. but there is a File which is msgstore.db.crypt, we need to rename it. you can add any word before msgstore.db.crypt.
3. After renaming that file, From the other Files just select the file which shows appropriate date before you accidently deleted your whatsapp messages, and then rename that file to msgstore.db.crypt. This Renaming process can also be done on your PC by Connecting your device.
4. Now the Final step, Go to Setting>Applications>manage applications>Whatsapp and Click on Clear Data. Now open Whatsapp, Choose Restore when it prompts. Thats it, the chat file saved as msgstore.db.crypt will be restored and hence your messages too.

Note : In Case if you have deleted any Audio or Video or any image from your whatsapp chat, then do not worry, its not deleted forever untill you delete it. To view that image or Video all you have to do is with the help of your Preferred file Manager, Navigate to sdcard/WhatsApp/Media Where you will find folders with names Whatsapp Audio, Whatsapp images, Whatsapp video, Open them up to find the file you are looking for.
